Very fine balance and length. 2. Sierra Grande, Sauvignon Blanc ( CHILE ) £12.00 This has a ripe, yet soft style, it has tangy and crisp tropical fruit flavours with wonderful herbal elements.. 3. Ropiteau Chablis ( FRA ) £18.00 A creamy chardonnay with mineral and flint flavours. This wine has well balanced acidity with hints of acacia and honeysuckle. 4. Domaine du Bouchot, Pouilly Fume ( FRA ) £26.00 Vivacious and nervy in structure with a penetrating nose of citrus and floral blends, offset by vegetal or mineral notes for added complexity. 5. Sartori, Pinot Grigio ( ITA ) £15.00 From the valleys to the north of Lake Garda and made using traditional methods. Light straw yellow in colour with a delicate and fine bouquet and a dry, intense and aromatic flavour 6. Selaks, Marlborough, Sauvignon Blanc ( NZ ) £18.95 A real fruit-salad-in-a-glass wine, Selak's are one of the Marlborough's most formidable producers. A Pale green straw colour, distinctive sweet gooseberries and flint aromas following through with capsicum and mineral overtones. 7. Bushmans Creek Chardonnay ( SA ) £12.00 Lemon and citrus flavours introduce the wine with smoky vanilla undertones. A delicate wine with a soft pronounced finish, well balanced with velvety oak tones. Rose Wine 8. Blossom Hill Zinfandel ( USA ) £13.00 The wine has a delightful aroma of strawberries and the flavour of red, ripe watermelon. Lively on the palate, the wine is medium-bodied with a refreshing finish. 9. Sartori Pinot Grigio delle Venezie ( ITA ) £14.00 Mildly herbal and earthy, offers almond and orange blossom backed by light cloves and cinnamon in the nose; it's dry and crisp but round and balanced, too, with pleasant citrus-lemon flavours and a spicy finish. Red Wines 10. Domaine la Bastide, Merlot ( FRA ) £14.00 Made from 100% Merlot with a red/purple hue, and tasting smooth with beautifully round tannins and a vibrant berry fragrance with spicy hints of pepper. 11. Jaffelin, Fleurie ( FRA ) £23.00 Made from very ripe fruit, elegant and floral, a medium bodied wine with berry and toasted oak flavours. 12. Brown Brothers, Tarrango ( NZ ) (Chilled or Room Temperature) £14.00 It is an exceptionally light and drinkable wine and is really delicious when lightly chilled, Tarrango has a soft, light taste without the heaviness of, say, a Merlot or a Cabernet Sauvignon. 13. Vina Los Vascos, Cabernet Sauvignon ( CHIL ) £17.00 An attractive ruby in color with a very chocolate and caramel nose with hints of new leather and bay leaves. Its taste is both tender and juicy, well structured, with concentrated ripe fruit and slightly spicy. 14. Campo Viejo Rioja Reserva ( SPA ) £18.00 A classic Rioja in style, both full-bodied and meaty, entwined with a smooth richness, perfectly made a with at least two years ageing in oak. Delicious vanilla overtones. 15. Runamok Shiraz ( AUS ) £12.00 Delve into aromas of rich fruitcake, dark chocolate and liquorice balanced by juicy blackberry and mint flavours, with subtle hints of spice and sweet oak. 16. Castillo De Calatrava Reserva Tempranillo ( SPA ) £15.00 A rich yet dry Tempranillo grape grown on the plain of La Mancha in central Spain, the fruit and oak Character is the result of ageing in oak barrels. Sparkling Wine and Champagne Jacobs Creek Sparkling Chardonnay Pinot Noir & Rose £17.95 An excellent example vintaged from selected Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, finishes soft and round with lingering fresh berry flavours. Magenta Brut Champagne £27.95 A very refreshing, easy drinking champagne, pale straw in colour, showing an attractive, lifted herbaceousness on the nose and fresh fruit flavours, finishing clean with a delicate, creamy taste and a crisp finish. Laurent Perrier Rose £65.00 Pale red-orange in colour with bright acidity and light tannins.
